Plan your visit
Reserve the hour online — walk-ins are only taken when space remains. At $25 flat (skates or not), bringing your own skates saves nothing, so travel light. The rink sits inside Christmas in the Square, Frisco's big light show, so an evening session pairs the skate with the lights.
What makes this rink distinctive
Sixteen years in, Skate the Square is the anchor of Christmas in the Square — one of the largest choreographed holiday light-and-music shows in North Texas — on an 80-by-55-foot sheet of real ice in the middle of Frisco Square.
