Skate Doña Ana runs November 20, 2026 – February 15, 2027 at the Doña Ana County Fairgrounds in Las Cruces, in its second season there. Admission is $11 including skates, spectators are free, and no reservations are required — skating runs in 2-hour sessions. The rink and spectator area are 100% covered, so it operates rain or shine, warm or cold. A snack bar serves nachos, hot dogs, hot chocolate, s’mores and candy, and no outside food or drinks are allowed. Daily opening hours are not posted on the operator page, so check the operator site before going.
What makes this rink distinctive
A covered seasonal installation, not a permanent arena program: a temporary rink at the county fairgrounds, Zamboni-maintained, that gives the Las Cruces area a winter skating option it did not have before the 2025–26 season. The $11 price including skates, free spectators, and no-reservation 2-hour sessions make it one of the most straightforward family-priced rinks in the state.
