What makes this rink distinctive

A parks-authority rink that states its surface twice on its own page — “We use real ice for the rink” and “our rink uses real ice that is quite slippery, cold and is a bit hard if you fall down” — with an indoor room for parents to watch, skating aids for younger kids, and a tinsel trail, holiday market, candy cane hunt and Santa visits through the season.
