What makes this rink distinctive

A city-built refrigerated rink on the Yahara: Monona’s Riverfront Park rink was purpose-built in 2019 with a Custom Ice refrigerated system, glycol supply and return lines, a chiller pad and a header vault — a permanent refrigerated setup, not a flooded lot, in a small riverfront park with a concession stand.
