Plan your visit

The rink is part of a holiday shopping trip — it sits at the Viejas Outlet Center across from the casino in Alpine, about 35 minutes east of downtown San Diego. Confirm session times and prices with the outlet center before driving out.

What makes this rink distinctive

Most Southern California rinks hug the coast; this one sits in the Cuyamaca foothills at Alpine, where December nights actually get cold — skating weather included in the trip, no irony required.
