Plan your visit

The district's online calendar is the plan: pick a session type (open skate, family skate, cheap skates) and register ahead for the popular ones. The Pavilion Cafe and fire pits handle the warm-up, and skate sharpening is available on site.

What makes this rink distinctive

Central Oregon's only NHL-size ice, outdoors under a sculptural canopy roof — refrigerated through 13-plus miles of in-floor tubing, and swapped for roller skating every summer. It is a working community rink, not a pop-up: lessons, curling, hockey and public sessions share one long season.
