Skate @ Canal District Kendall is a professionally maintained outdoor rink in the heart of Canal District Kendall, just off 3rd Street, open mid-December through mid-March, weather permitting. It offers figure and hockey skate rentals, lessons, group outings and private rental, plus a heated pavilion. The operator’s hours section lists Monday and Tuesday noon–5 PM, Wednesday and Thursday noon–8 PM, Friday noon–9 PM, Saturday 11 AM–9 PM and Sunday 11 AM–6 PM; the page also carries conflicting secondary hours blocks, so check the operator site. A free Holiday Ice Show and Winter Market runs December 12 and 13, with free admission all day on show days and skate rentals at regular rates. Phone: (617) 492-0941.
