What makes this rink distinctive

A downtown square rink on refrigerated coils, which is why Fargo Parks could keep it open in February 2024 while its flooded park ponds closed — the coils, not the weather, decide the season. It is the contrast case in Fargo itself: flooded pools versus a coil rink, on the same park system, in the same winter.
