This is a return-confirmed listing with nothing else posted yet: the county says its rinks are open every winter, but 2026–27 dates, prices, and hours are not on the county page yet. Check the county ice-skating page in November — that is where the season announcement lands. County contact: 724-935-1280, [email protected].

What makes this rink distinctive

A genuine county-park outdoor rink, not a pop-up: a 25,000-square-foot sheet that has skated winters since 1961, with public sessions plus lessons, stick time, and hockey clinics. The refrigeration is documented twice over — a county feasibility-study procurement covering refrigeration-system replacement, and the clubhouse-tunnel refrigeration machinery described in the park history.
