Downtown parking decks surround Lock 3 and meters are free after 6 PM on weekdays and all weekend. Beyond skating, Winterblast runs ice bumper cars, ice bikes, igloo rentals and Archie the Talking Snowman — book the add-ons ahead on busy weekends.
